How booking, paying and cancelling work. Written plainly so nothing has to be argued about later.
A place at Art Wednesday or Secret Salon is held once you have confirmed it with us by message. Places are limited by the room, so an unconfirmed request is not a booking.
A date is held once terms are agreed and a deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Cancel a private booking more than fourteen days ahead and the deposit is returned in full. Inside fourteen days the deposit covers the model, the artists and the materials already committed. Moving a date, rather than cancelling it, is almost always possible — ask us.
All materials, the artist host, setup and teardown, and the model where one is part of the format. Venue hire, catering, alcohol and photography are separate unless the quote says otherwise.
Where a live model is part of your event, the level — costumed, classical semi-nude, or full life drawing — is agreed in advance and communicated to your guests before the evening. The model is never photographed. Full life drawing sessions are 18+.
We reserve the right to end an evening without refund if a guest behaves inappropriately towards the model, the artists or other guests. This has not happened, and we would like to keep it that way.
Everything you make is yours and you take it home.
